“石”姓教练，CBA有两员大将，而且都曾是国青的主帅！ 一位就是北京首钢的前主帅——石文盛 “石指导”现年65岁，祖籍辽宁，1962年生于黑龙江省鸡西市，毕业于哈尔滨体育学院。他篮球打得很华丽，是当年全国著名的后卫（与胡卫东、刘炜、张庆鹏并称4大国手），曾随国家队参加过奥运会和世锦赛。
球员时代，石文盛的职业生涯并不顺利，伤病影响了他的发展，退役后进入北京首钢工作。从队员到助教再到主教练，石文盛在北京首钢一干就是一辈子。2017-18赛季，石文盛因健康原因辞职。
另一位就是现任福建男篮主帅——石鹏泉 石鹏泉今年51岁，来自黑龙江，在运动员时期就以身高臂长得名，司职中锋。他退役后进入北京首钢工作，先后担任过球队的队长、管理层人员、教练组成员及替补教练。
2016年，石鹏泉离开效力十余年的首钢队，出任NBL安徽文一的总经理兼主教练。此后一个赛季，他又兼任山西汾酒男篮教练，2018年正式加盟福建男篮，开始执教CBA联赛。

石 is of the same generation as Wang and Deng. Wang and Deng have many similar NBA connection. Many famous NBA players were under their coaching or teaching when they first started off. You can say that they are the ones who opened China to the world of basketball.
In terms of achievements， Wang was less successful than Deng. Wang brought a silver to the 2010 World Championship， Deng made China the most dominant team in Asia in the 80's and 90's.
